Hillsdale’s newest, most affordable senior community sits in the heart of Hillsdale, MI. This new senior community provides a high-rise apartment building with an elevator and a one-story apartment community with one and two bedroom apartments. Residents only pay electric. Residents age 55 years of age and better can enjoy an exercise facility, community room, library, high efficient appliances, including garbage disposal, dishwasher and an on-site laundry room.
